It’s always a joy when friends recommend you for a job, especially when it’s a friend from when you grew up, so I was so thrilled to be recommended by my friend Angela, to shoot Jennifer’s 40th birthday trip to Nashville.  Jennifer’s sweet hubby surprised her on the morning of her birthday with a girl’s trip on a private jet from Madison, Mississippi to Nashville, Tennessee.  I met the private jet at the airport so I could photograph the ladies looking glamorous getting off the plane.  They popped the champagne and had a good laugh.

The ladies departed to check into their hotel room and I met them shortly after at one of Nashville’s most popular spots, Pinewood Social.  It’s a restaurant with 6 bowling lanes.  The ladies had a late lunch and enjoyed some bowling.  We made sure to capture a few more photos of the ladies with the skyline in the back before I had to leave them.  It was such a great day getting to hang with them and catching up with an old friend.
