Westbury House Spring Wedding in Columbia, Tennessee | Beth + Tre

In early May, Beth and Trey were married in Columbia, Tennessee.  They chose to say their vows at the Westbury House on the quaint square in downtown Columbia.  The former department store turned wedding venue was a great spot for these two.  One of the most important shots to Beth was to have their pastor pray over them prior to the ceremony as she was on one side of the wall holding his hand as Trey was on the other.  It really made for a sweet photo.

The couple did not want to do a first look, so we shot the wedding party photos after the ceremony.  As it does in early May, an afternoon shower hit right at that time so the venue was gracious to let us go upstairs to shoot in the open second floor (which is still under construction).  The reception started with cocktail hour, moving to Beth and Trey’s first dance.  They danced as their friend sang an original song for them.  Their cake cutting was pretty epic as they both opted to smash cake in each other’s face (lovingly of course).  The dance floor opened as guests enjoyed a few organized dances along with the classics.  The couple had their grand exit as their loved ones lined up with glow sticks to usher them on to their honeymoon.
