I absolutely adore Erin. I met her during the fall at a Tennessee Women Connect networking lunch. We were lucky enough to sit across from each other during the event, so I had the chance to get to know her and hear her story. She and her family relocated to Nashville in the last few years from Hawaii! I don’t think I’ve ever known anyone who came from Hawaii! Erin now owns and operates Diamond and Ruby Salon in Nashville, TN. This year, she wanted to update her branding portraits and we planned a beautiful session in her salon! 

Nashville Branding Portraits for Salon Owner

While Erin lived in Hawaii, she owned a very successful hair salon. When she moved to Nashville, opening another salon was a huge priority, and she luckily found one that was perfect for her! Diamond and Ruby was born after that. It’s a great space for her to welcome her clients – and I loved photographing her in the space. Erin the owner of the salon and also a master stylist who specializes in hair extensions. 

During her branding portraits, we captured Erin in a few different looks doing a variety of tasks around the salon. She showed me how she preps colors, gets herself ready, and also welcomes her clients. I loved being able to see a bit of the behind the scenes of owning a salon with Erin! I’m so glad she asked me to do these photos – and I’m even more thankful for our friendship!
