This year, I hosted Pretty in Pink mini sessions at MHD Beauty. They were inspired by my love of all things pink and I had a blast with everyone who came out to support these playful sessions! Today, I’m sharing Chas’ gorgeous Pretty in Pink portraits with you! She was perfect for this setup – and she also loves pink, a girl after my own heart! 

Portrait Session at MHD Beauty Salon

When I dreamed up these sessions with the team at MHD Beauty, I knew that the most important thing was to create portraits that would allow everyone attending to have photos with a great pop of color. Their salon was the perfect spot for these kinds of photos. Bright pops of colors are really great eye-catchers, and in this digital age, everything moves so fast. Bright colors are a wonderful way to stop the scroll. So, I leaned into the idea of Barbie and these sessions were born. 

I love that Chas wanted to have a session when I announced the Pretty in Pink minis! She came fully prepared with two super cute outfits – that looked amazing in MHD Beauty Parlour. I loved her all pink outfit, and that she chose a white jumpsuit and jean jacket. Both looked amazing on her – especially after her makeover at the salon. We had fun posing and playing around with different looks around the salon. She is SO beautiful. I hope that she loves these photos and treasures them for years to come! I think so many of them really reflect her sweet personality and I’m so happy I got to capture these for Chas!
