I recently had the pleasure of capturing Haley McKnatt’s Real Estate Brand in Nashville! Haley is a a top-producing real estate agent for Tyler York Real Estate Brokers, specializing in luxury new construction homes in Williamson County.
The session took place in a beautifully staged, luxurious model home in Franklin, Tennessee, providing an ideal backdrop to capture Haley’s professional portraits. Haley collaborated with Nashville-based stylist, Katey Preston, of Effortless Style to provide her with a selection of gorgeous outfits that not only looked great, but reflected Haley’s confidence and approachability. Professional styling can really make a difference when it comes to selecting the right outfits to make you feel good and communicate your brand’s message.
Haley was a dream to work with! I could tell instantly why she is a top real estate agent, as she is so warm and welcoming. She is committed to every client, ensuring that they have the best experience possible. We communicated this throughout the photoshoot by highlighting all the ways Haley goes above and beyond – researching for hours on the computer for the perfect home, prepping items in the house for a showing, going over contract information, and of course, popping the bubbly to celebrate the selling or purchase of a home. No matter where you’re at in the home buying journey, she will be there every step of the way.
As a real estate agent, your personal brand is just as important as the properties you represent. Professional portraits are an investment in your business and an essential tool for building trust with clients. Your photo is often the first impression potential clients have of you, whether they find you online, see your business card, or come across your marketing materials. A high-quality image conveys trust, professionalism, and approachability, all of which are essential in the real estate industry. For Haley’s session, we emphasized luxury as well as her personality, style, approachability and dedication that she is known for. These new branding photos will allow her to update her website, social media, and print materials to create a cohesive look across all platforms, stand out in the competitive market and attract high-end clients and listings.
