I’ve worked with amy a couple of times and she always puts me at ease in front of the camera, had great ideas for shooting locations and backgrounds, and I’ve been thrilled with my pictures!
I may not have taken my first breath in Nashville, but this city is what I live and breathe today! When I learned you could go to college in Nashville and study The Music Business, I knew I’d found my home. While working for 15 years in music publishing (yes, it was awesome, and yes, we can talk about it!), I explored my creativity, gained valuable skills in event management, and even met my husband, a songwriter named Bart. And before you ask, yep, he totally wrote a song about me! Look up “Brand New Girlfriend” sung by Steve Holy. Who do you think the brand new girlfriend was? *hair toss*
With Bart’s encouragement, I began toying with the idea of turning my lifelong love for hobbyist photography into something more serious. After my first workshop, I was hooked. I started to organize sessions for songwriters and their families on the side until I said so long to my career in the music industry and became a photographer full time in 2015.

When I’m not snapping photos or planning sessions with talented creatives, I’m probably planning a road trip with Bart, headed to a Pure Barre class, or snuggled up with a glass of rosé and my cocker spaniels Mille, Harper and Tinsley to watch Indiana Jones, Seinfeld, or Friends for the millionth time.
But enough about me! It’s your story we are here to tell! So, say hello, and let’s get this party started.
Today, I work with creative professionals like you to tell their brand story through imagery. I’m endlessly inspired by the artists, business owners, and groundbreakers I get to meet, and I can say without a doubt that each one of you pushes me to be a better version of myself.

Then, I’d wait on pins and needles for my prints to come back covered in that distinctive freshly-developed-film scent. I can still smell it now just thinking of it.
