How lucky am I to be able to take photos of brand new babies.  I certainly felt lucky to be able to photograph 3-week-old Lucy!  Her beautiful parents, Rachel and Tyler, had me over to their house for a lifestyle shoot.  Tyler is a musician and mom is an interior designer, so naturally, their home was decorated with great vintage instruments.  Tyler had to have one photo of little Lucy on his amplifier.  My favorite set up was the drum that they had signed by their wedding guests years before and they hadn’t opened it to read the notes from family and friends until this day.  I felt very honored to be there for that moment.  And while all this fun was going on, Lucy was just chillin and doing her thing.  I just know she’ll end up doing something creative, just like her creative parents.  She’s going to be a totally cool girl.  She definitely has the baby shoes to prove it.
