Walter Shepherd is one of the top-producing real estate agents at Coldwell Banker in the Sarasota/Venice Florida area. When we discussed his branding session, I knew I wanted to photograph him in his new home that he designed from the ground up.
Walter’s sweet Caviler King Charles Spaniel, Dash, frequently makes an appearance on his Instagram account, so I knew she had to be a brand ambassador for him.
During our brand discovery call, I found out that he loves a spicy margarita, so I wanted to show his relaxed, fun side as he made one. Since he used to bartend in Miami, I knew he could mix a good cocktail and I wasn’t wrong!
