I have to admit that when I got a text from Amy inquiring about wedding photography, I was so thrilled. See, her now-husband, Austen is a dear friend of me & Bart. In fact, for many years, Austen was Bart’s music business attorney and I worked very closely with him back in my Big Loud days. We have always adored him and were super thrilled when he started dating Amy and then a year later popped the question!
Since they decided to get married during a pandemic, they decided to keep it very intimate…just them and their children, while all of their guests were joining in virtually via Zoom. So it was my first Zoom wedding!
Amy was glowing in her boho style dress and flower crown to match the flower crowns of Austen’s girls. Amy’s boys looked so dapper in their suits and were perfect little gentlemen. Austen brought a touch of Louisana with his fleur-de-lis shaped cuff links. Their back porch served as the chapel while the backyard was the dance floor.
It really was one of the sweetest ceremonies that I’ve ever attended. I am beyond thrilled for this couple and can’t wait to see them grow together in love!
