I had the honor of being asked to photograph my sweet friend’s firstborn child, sweet baby Reese.  We decided to schedule the shoot about a week after she was born, so she was brand new.  Since she was so new, we shot in their home just outside of downtown Nashville, TN.  I decided to shoot in my favorite style, lifestyle.  The nursery was so decorated so cute.  I had to get a shot of a super special hand-written lyric of the song “Humble & Kind” written by Lori McKenna (sung by Tim McGraw).  Both Rebekah and Travis work in the music industry.  Travis works for Universal Publishing Music Group and was responsible for Tim McGraw hearing the demo of the song that he eventually recorded, so the song has extra special meaning to them.  We did a few set up shots  of Reese and I tried to grab some life moments in between, including one epic diaper change!  I look forward to watching Reese grow up over the years and I know with her amazing parents, she will be Humble & Kind!
