The Power of Personal Branding

Arrington Vineyards

When Tiffany and I started to talk about her engagement session with Andrew, I sent her several options around the Nashville area.  I was thrilled when she picked Arrington Vineyards and Harlisndale Farms in Franklin for her two locations.

We started at Arrington because I knew the later we stayed there during the day, the busier it would become and I was right.  By the time we left, it was packed full of people, but I told Tiffany and Andrew not to worry because I do have my secret spots there that I know are less crowded than the main areas of the vineyard.  I like to start engagement sessions with some movement to get the couple warmed up, so I had them start walking towards me through the vines.

The Park at Harlinsdale Farms

Our second location was the park at Harlinsdale Farms, a favorite location of mine in Franklin.  Tiffany + Andrew had an outfit change into more of a casual outfit that fit the location perfectly.  We shot around the whitewashed barns and stables.  Some of my favorites from the session were the photos of them in front of the rose bushes in the fenced in garden on the grounds.  We chased the sunset as we shot until it was set.    I’m looking so forward to photographing their October wedding later this year.
