I love a good themed party.  I also love the TV show, ‘Mad Men.’  So when Jana asked me to shoot their Mad Men themed Christmas party, it was a no brainer.  They held the party at their Air B&B located in Nashville, close to Music Row.  The rental already has an old school feel so it was the perfect spot for the party.  Guest came dressed in their vintage suits, antique furs and in full character.  I’ve known Lee & Jana for over 15 years now (crazy to think) and they are some of my favorite people in town.  They both were so great playing Don and Megan Draper (who wants to be Betty…Megan was way more fun).  The candy cigarettes, food from the show (yes they chose food that was served in the show/1960’s) to the era cocktails, they planned one of the most fun parties I’ve been to in a long time.  Knowing this blog post was coming up, I’ve been binge watching Mad Men again as I edit, so now I feel like I should get some go-go boots and pour myself a whiskey at noon.
