I’m so excited that my first wedding of 2018 was Nicole and Rand’s nuptials at Arrington Vineyards in Arrington, Tennessee. The week leading up to their wedding was pretty cold, but fortunately their wedding day was quite mild for early February. They chose to get married just outside of the Stone House on Arrington Vineyard’s property.
Nicole and Rand chose to do a first look, so we were able to complete all of their portraits prior to the ceremony, giving them each some time to relax and enjoy the day. Nicole, Rand and their wedding party were such a dream to work with because they were both so easy going and laid back.
Nicole’s brother, Nathan officiated the intimate wedding. The couple sealed love letters and a bottle of wine into a box that they will open on their 5th wedding anniversary. One of my favorite moments was as they walked back down the aisle and their guests popped streamer poppers that Nicole’s father surprised the couple with.
Everyone moved into the Stone House, where guests enjoyed dinner, wine and beer before Nicole and Rand cut their wedding cake. I snuck off with the newlyweds for some sunset photos in the vineyard. Shortly after everyone moved back to the tent for some dancing and a sparkler exit.
Nicole and Rand, it was such an honor to capture the precious moments of your wedding day. Nicole, I’ll never forget your sweet first look with your mom and dad. I wish you two so many years of happiness and joy!
